
Elevate Customer Experience as a Support Specialist

We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As a remote worker, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support via chat, email, or phone, while staying informed on product updates and support practices.
Main Responsibilities- Respond to customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns
- Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
- Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once
- Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
