Customer Support Representative

As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled and patient individual who can effectively communicate with customers via various channels, including chat, email, or phone. They will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer support via multiple communication channels
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support
  • Stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Skills:
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations at once
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
