Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences by responding to customers via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support
  • Stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
