Customer Success Manager Job Opportunity

This role involves driving successful outcomes with our customers, ensuring their adoption and understanding of the value we bring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, agreeing, and executing customer account plans and owning the annual renewal of their subscription.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Fighting Churn, Guiding Growth, and Upselling
  • Identifying and Realizing Growth Opportunities through Upselling, Cross-Selling, and Connected Companies' Acquisition
  • Proposing Process Changes to Enhance Efficiency and Support Customers' Growth and Digitization Strategies
  • Escalating Risks and Mitigating Measures
  • Owning Customer Relationships from Board & C-levels Downwards to Ensure Optimal Value Perception and Insights
  • Acting as a Trusted Advisor for Top Management, Board Members, and Key Decision Makers
  • Running Regular Business Review Meetings with Decision Makers
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Sales in Networking with Financial Sector Leadership
  • Providing Consultancy on Best Digitization Practices and Designing Product Adoption Plans
Requirements:
  • At Least 7 Years Experience within Banking or Fintech
  • Strategic Thinking and Strong Leadership Presence
  • Excellent Communication Skills - Verbal and Written
  • Outstanding Negotiation Skills
  • Experience Working in International Environment is a Plus
