Closing Coordinator

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Escrow Officer, Closing Coordinator, Transaction Coordinator, or Real Estate Paralegal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with real estate closing processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, with ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
