Professional Customer Support Representative

This is an exciting role to provide exceptional service to clients and their customers as a key member of our customer service initiatives. You will play a vital part in delivering outstanding service, handling inbound and outbound calls professionally, resolving customer issues efficiently, researching and retrieving information, accurately documenting interactions, guiding customers through options, and following scripts, policies, and procedures.
- Handle professional inbound and outbound calls with efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues effectively on the first call through strong problem-solving skills.
- Retrieve necessary information across systems to support customer needs.
- Accurately document all interactions and process claims correctly.
- Guide customers to find the best solutions using available resources.
- Follow established scripts, policies, and procedures while staying up-to-date with training, updates, and program knowledge.
- Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately at all times.
- Educate customers on their options and provide recommendations accordingly.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Have previous experience working in a call center environment.
- Have prior work-from-home experience.
- Possess a strong command of the English language.
- Achieve a typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
- Have access to high-speed internet connection.
- Demonstrate basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Be familiar with Windows operating systems.
- Exhibit effective troubleshooting and follow-up skills.
- Show ability to multitask and self-manage effectively.
