Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate records.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with the service received.
  • Adhere to company policies and quality standards to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and achieve team goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, or other languages as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
