Digital Marketing Director

Job Overview:

  • Seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Director to lead and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and own digital marketing strategies across all channels.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Set KPIs, track results, and iterate rapidly to maximise ROI.
  • Present ideas and plans confidently to founders and key stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor additional marketing hires as the business scales.

Lead Generation & Funnel Optimisation
  • Design and implement lead generation campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create and manage high-converting landing pages, lead magnets, and email funnels.
  • Optimise conversion rates across the entire funnel.

Content Creation & Management
  • Lead content ideation and creation including blogs, social posts, emails, and video briefs.
  • Manage and repurpose content across platforms to maximise reach and impact.
  • Collaborate with internal or freelance creatives for visual and written content production.

Campaign Execution & Management
  • Run paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) from start to finish, including creative direction, A/B testing, and ongoing optimisation.
  • Schedule, publish, and manage content calendars across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor performance and continuously improve creative and targeting.

Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor and report on marketing KPIs (CPL, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, etc.).
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and HubSpot to gather and interpret data.
  • Provide actionable insights and weekly/monthly performance reports.
