Job Description

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to a busy executive, handling calendar and travel management, communication, project coordination, event planning, and administrative tasks.

This role requires a highly organized individual with strong time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Google Suite and Canva.

  • Calendar & Travel Management: Coordinate and manage the executive's schedule, arrange appointments, and oversee domestic and international travel logistics.
  • Communication: Draft, proofread, and manage professional correspondence, emails, and presentations.
  • Project Support: Assist with project timelines, collaborate with internal team members, and prepare regular reports on project progress.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and manage meetings, conferences, and company events.
  • Administrative Support: Handle routine administrative tasks, including expense reports, file organization, and record-keeping.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in the construction industry or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with Canva for presentation design.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
