About the Position:
- We are seeking an organized and proactive executive assistant to support one or more executives at a skilled trades company.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and send reminders
- Organize inboxes, respond to emails, and prioritize communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, or meeting notes as needed
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including Zoom/Google Meet or in-person logistics
- Handle travel arrangements and expense tracking (when applicable)
- Assist with project coordination, team communications, and deadline tracking
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
