Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Qualification & CRM Support - Assist in vetting and qualifying inbound leads while maintaining accurate client records in Salesforce.
  • Application & Documentation Support - Prepare and lodge client applications under guidance from sales associates.
  • Client Communication & Service - Draft client emails and follow-up messages post-meeting or post-settlement.
  • Reporting & Process Improvement - Maintain task logs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong written English communication and customer service orientation
  • High attention to detail and task ownership
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
