Job Overview

The Project Manager role entails driving product development and business enhancement from conception to launch. This includes focusing on strategy, leadership, and process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop projects for Engineering and Business, including integrations, marketplace growth, eCommerce technology, and business initiatives.
  • Leadership & Process Development: Lead business projects across the organization, developing and implementing new processes to improve efficiency.
  • Platform Enhancement: Streamline and automate processes, improving platform features.
Requirements & Development Lifecycle
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering: Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to gather product requirements and feedback.
  • Product Definition & Prioritization: Capture high-level product requirements and translate into actionable tasks, prioritizing based on effort and ROI.
  • Business Solutions: Collaborate with departments to design and develop technology-based improvements.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PM & PROBLEM RESOLUTION
  • Business & Technology Workflow Improvement: Understand workflows to improve project outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Project Completion: Facilitate effective project completion across stakeholders.
  • Conflict Resolution & Roadblock Management: Identify and resolve conflicts and priorities.
  • Technical Advocacy: Bridge technical capabilities with business needs.
  • Business Re-engineering & Automation: Manage development efforts while supporting re-engineering and automation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and at least 5 years of related PM experience.
  • eCommerce Expertise: Understanding of eCommerce platforms, ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems, Databases, and reporting platforms.
  • Documentation: Ability to document product requirements with sufficient knowledge and clarity.
  • Requirements Analysis: Experience performing thorough analysis through independent research and testing methodologies.
  • PM Tools: Proficiency with Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools.
  • Methodology Acumen: Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, GAP Analysis, SWOT, and related methodologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Strategic Mindset: Willingness to challenge status quo and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Client-Facing Experience: Direct client-facing experience is desirable.

This role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of eCommerce platforms and processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, business process improvement, and technology implementation.
