Lead Product Strategist

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in spearheading product development, aligning it with the company's objectives. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product meets the desired outcomes and drives innovation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Align product strategy with overall business goals by working closely with stakeholders and engineers.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Analyze user data and customer feedback to identify product solutions and areas for improvement.
  • Present product development ideas to stakeholders and update them on progress.
  • Develop product specifications and user stories, collaborating with engineers and business teams to ensure clear requirements.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on changing requirements.
  • Plan and execute AB tests to optimize product performance and user engagement.
  • Embrace agile principles and methodologies to continuously improve the product delivery process.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of the product, tracking metrics to measure success and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or similar role).
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to deliver data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, prioritizing tasks and delivering products on time.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.
  • High degree of proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and psychology.
