Product Development ManagerJob Summary:The Product Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of new and existing products to meet market demand and support the company's sales objectives. This role works closely with the Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Procurement teams to ensure product offerings are competitive, profitable, and aligned with customer needs and industry trends. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Collaborate with the Sales Team to gather customer feedback and translate it into product improvements or new product ideas. Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders for pricing, sourcing, testing, and evaluation of new products.

Prepare product proposals and feasibility studies including cost analysis, pricing strategy, and profitability. Develop and maintain the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company's brand and target market. Monitor sales performance of existing products and recommend enhancements or phase-out strategies.

Ensure all new products comply with company standards, customer requirements, and relevant regulations. Provide product training and materials to the sales team to ensure accurate and effective client presentations. Regularly report product performance, development progress, and market feedback to management.
