We seek a skilled Solutions Expert to leverage your passion for solving customer problems through creative technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement & Solution Design:
  1. Engage in functional and technical discussions with customers to understand their requirements and pain points.
  2. Design and present solutions that demonstrate product value and address customer needs effectively.
  3. Conduct needs assessments and solution-finding sessions, including technical questionnaires, for customers with varying levels of complexity.
Collaboration & Customer Success Support:
  1. Provide technical expertise to internal teams to support business objectives.
  2. Develop and deliver impactful product demonstrations tailored to specific audiences, verticals, and customer needs.
  3. Contribute to proposal responses addressing functional and technical requirements.
Knowledge Sharing & Best Practices:
  1. Stay updated on best practices and product knowledge, sharing insights with colleagues.
  2. Collaborate with peers on technical solutions and problem-solving strategies.
Product Representation & Travel:
  1. Represent the organization as a product expert at events, demonstrations, and customer visits, if necessary.
  2. Address technical questions and follow up on pending issues.
Continuous Development:
  1. Invest in personal and professional growth, expanding technical skills and product knowledge.
