Job Details

The role of a Customer Service Account Specialist involves working in a call center environment, where the primary focus is on delivering exceptional service to valued clients. This includes expertly handling customer inquiries and enhancing communication and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation, decision-making, and adaptability skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate multiple technologies. Additionally, they should be able to take ownership of each customer interaction while treating them with respect and responding with empathy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Works in a call center environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, while staying engaged with our customers.
  • Communicate with customers in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Navigate multiple technologies while demonstrating resiliency and extreme adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Take ownership of each customer interaction while treating them with respect and responding with empathy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Completed at least 2 years in college or high school graduate with 1 year customer-interfacing work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask using a computer and simultaneously provide customer support.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, consistently changing environment.
