Responsibilities
  • Solve customer problems through various communication channels (chat, email, phone)
  • Monitor products and feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage databases to ensure accurate customer information
  • Collaborate with different teams at our client company to help them operate and scale different parts of their business
  • Provide excellent customer care and respond to complaints in a professional manner
  • Assist in sales and lead generation efforts
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fully fluent in English language
  • Skilled in using apps and technology to manage tasks and communicate effectively
  • Able to commit long-term and full-time
  • Flexible to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, Eastern Time)
  • No prior experience required, but previous experience will be considered
