Technical Support Specialist

Job Description:

  • Resolve technical issues related to cookie banners, privacy policies, and consent management implementations.
  • Debug JavaScript implementations and API integrations.
  • Analyze website configurations to identify consent management issues.
  • Test and reproduce customer-reported bugs.
  • Document technical issues with clear reproduction steps for engineering teams.
  • Develop and improve internal tooling and support processes.
  • Identify patterns in support requests to enhance product and documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering on solutions for recurring issues.
  • Participate in product meetings to represent customer voices.
  • Work with legal teams to understand compliance requirements and communicate them to customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong educational background in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
  • Proficient in HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Chrome DevTools, API/integration knowledge, Jira/GitHub, SaaS architecture & deployment models.
  • Experience in Google Tag Manager and back-end scripting.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
  • A team-oriented mindset and a proactive attitude.
  • Natural problem-solving skills with empathy and professionalism.
