
Business Development Representative

We seek an appointment-setting professional to facilitate connections between prospects and our sales team. As a key member of our organization, the ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, setting appointments, and supporting our sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect Outreach: Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels to establish strong relationships and drive growth.
- Inbound Call Management: Respond to inbound calls professionally, address inquiries, and convert incoming leads into appointments to optimize conversion rates.
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule appointments or meetings between prospects, sales teams, and local partners to ensure seamless transitions and successful outcomes.
- Lead Evaluation: Assess and evaluate leads to guarantee a smooth transition for the sales team and maximize sales potential.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and appointment statuses in the CRM system to inform strategic decisions.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to confirm appointments and reschedule as needed to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in appointment setting is essential.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of challenges and rejection.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team environment.
