Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support our financial operations. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in financial reporting, and the ability to manage administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Accounting Duties
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies
- Process invoices, payroll, and expense reports
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals
- Administrative Duties
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and reports
- Prepare presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes
- Conduct research and compile data for executive decision-making
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office administration and special projects as needed
