
Highly Organized Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to support the Founder in managing daily operations and marketing.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide administrative support: manage the Founder's inbox, optimize calendar management, maintain databases, oversee computer maintenance, manage the office, arrange travel, create expense reports, and triage inbound inquiries.
- Support client and business development activities: update CRM, assist in organizing business development initiatives, send welcome packages, and research journalist contacts.
- Contribute to communications and marketing efforts: update website and social content, reach out to journalists, research outlets, and manage content calendars.
- Assist with HR and finance tasks: maintain payroll systems, draft contracts, manage sick leave protocols, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, process accounts payable/receivable, and perform bookkeeping reconciliations.
- 4+ years of experience in executive assistance, communications, or marketing
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and build relationships
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Highly motivated and resourceful mentality
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and Microsoft Word
