Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to lead our e-commerce marketing strategy, driving growth and expanding brand presence worldwide. This role is pivotal in scaling paid and organic channels, ensuring seamless customer experiences across touchpoints.

This position requires an individual with a proven track record in performance-driven marketing, balancing short-term results with long-term brand building. You will oversee team members, guiding them in achieving marketing goals while maintaining a data-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns across major platforms to maximize ROI, tracking performance using GA4, Shopify analytics, and attribution tools.
  • Brand Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness, community engagement, and search volume.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze and report on performance, making informed decisions to drive improvements.
  • Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling hooks, creatives, and messaging resonating with our target audience.
  • Customer Journey: Drive improvements across funnels, from awareness to retention, ensuring a cohesive and engaging customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience as a marketing manager with a focus on e-commerce DTC
  • Experience in managing a team of minimum 3 people
  • Experience working with the US market
  • Proven track record scaling paid media while building brand equity in Google and Meta
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing marketing KPIs
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
