Remote Customer Support Representative Job Description

At our company, we are seeking a skilled Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and wants to grow their career in a fully remote environment.

This role involves responding to customers via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner. You will handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns using Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via various channels (chat, email, phone)
  • Handle product-related issues, including order tracking and returns
  • Use Gorgias and Shopify to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Empathetic and patient approach when addressing customer concerns
