Customer Experience Specialist

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and guidance to enhance their overall experience.

You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service across various channels, addressing inquiries about our products and services, and embodying our core values and brand ethos.

  • Provide personalized assistance to customers with memberships and subscriptions, ensuring they receive timely and accurate support.
  • Act as a dedicated resource for customers, offering proactive solutions to resolve issues and improve their experience.
  • Implement retention strategies to reduce churn, actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and address concerns.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a quick learner, and think on their feet. They will also be able to adapt to change, embrace new challenges, and work well with a wide range of personalities.

  • You have experience in customer-facing roles.
  • You possess superior written and oral communication skills.

  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Richpanel or Zendesk, is a plus.

This is a seasonal position, working Tuesday to Saturday overnight between the hours of 10pm-6am or 4am-12pm PHT.
