Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service across various channels, including email, live chat, phone, and social media.

In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and concerns, providing personalized support and guidance to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience. You will also be responsible for implementing retention strategies to reduce churn and proactively identifying and resolving customer issues.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through multiple communication channels
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and concerns
  • Implement retention strategies to reduce churn
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with the CX Leadership team to share customer insights and contribute to strategies aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong people skills with a passion for helping others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Experience with CRM software and other relevant tools
