Customer Experience Specialist

This role is designed to help customers navigate our platform with ease and confidence. The Customer Experience Specialist will play a key part in achieving this goal.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support via direct chat, phone, or email
  • Respond to all messages within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the LaunchGood platform, its features, and benefits
