Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of HR Generalist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, people operations, and providing exceptional support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Admin and People Operations: Serve as the first point of contact for staff members, coordinate shift coverage, manage schedules, track attendance, and log PTO.
- Business Support: Track key client renewal dates and prepare reports for employers.
- General Administrative Support: Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, respond to routine inquiries, document internal standard operating procedures, and provide support via phone, email, and text during EST business hours.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience supporting US-based companies in healthcare or operations is desirable.
- Highly organized, proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to effectively manage internal team dynamics and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, and basic CRM tools is preferred.
This role requires a unique blend of administrative and people operations skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail.
