We are seeking a solution-driven professional with a passion for customer satisfaction, technology, and innovation.
- This role involves acting as a trusted consultant to our clients, ensuring their success with our software and services. The goal is to increase value, retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue through expanded use of the platform.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough client onboarding and education.
- Ensuring successful start-up with our service.
- Building a strategic plan focused on short- and long-term growth.
- Managing relationships between virtual assistants and clients.
- Resolving issues, escalating when necessary.
- Communicating industry-specific offerings and value to clients.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree or higher.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- At least one year of experience in client relationship management AND/OR project management.
- An understanding of online software (SaaS) services and/or technology-based solutions.
