Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage user access requests, permissions, and security roles within Cirtuo
  • Maintain and update the category tree structure
  • Support strategy lifecycle management within the system
  • Coordinate central uploads of spend data
  • Follow up on Management Information data requests
  • Manage SharePoint site and internal landing pages
    • Project Coordination:
    • Maintain project calendars and track deliverables
    • Support scheduling and logistical coordination across teams
    Requirements
    • Strong digital literacy and ability to work with collaborative platforms and tools (e.g., SharePoint, project management tools)
    • 2–3 years of relevant work experience in a project management or operational support role
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and coordination skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
    Work Environment
    • Work Schedule: Night Shift
    • Tools Used: Cirtuo, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other project management platforms
