Job Title: Medical Media Project CoordinatorJob Description:

The role of the Medical Media Project Coordinator is to oversee project management tasks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. This involves utilizing a management platform to create and manage tasks, workflows, and deadlines.

A key responsibility of the Medical Media Project Coordinator is to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes using Loom and Google Suite.

Effective collaboration with team members is also crucial in this role, as they will work together to define project objectives, milestones, and deliverables.

The Medical Media Project Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to the team.

Additionally, they will manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings for team members using Otter.ai.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

Assisting in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents using MS Office Suite or Google Suite is also an essential aspect of this position.

Data entry, file management, and document organization tasks are also part of the responsibilities of the Medical Media Project Coordinator.

They must adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
