Project Manager Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading deployment projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-scope delivery. You will work closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to coordinate logistics, track milestones, and maintain accurate project documentation.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in project coordination or management, particularly in operational or deployment environments. They will also possess solid stakeholder management experience, multitasking abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead planning and execution of deployment projects
  • Main point of contact for customers, ensuring open, clear, and proactive communication
  • Track milestones, budgets, and resources to deliver on time and within scope
  • Logistics & Coordination:
  • Manage logistics including site assessments, equipment delivery, installation coordination, and vendor scheduling
  • Resolve day-to-day deployment challenges efficiently and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates for internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyze project outcomes and share lessons learned to contribute to better processes
  • Vendor & Process Oversight:
  • Coordinate with third-party installation vendors, ensuring schedules align and proposals meet expectations
  • Monitor vendor performance and address quality or timing concerns promptly
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years in project coordination or management, especially in operational or deployment environments
  • Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset and solid stakeholder management experience
  • Experience managing logistics, vendor relationships, and multitasking in dynamic projects
