Project Coordinator Role

This is a remote position that plays a vital role in driving private-label and branded initiatives forward. As a key support to the Project Manager, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage the artwork development process, and maintain accurate project data to ensure timely delivery with minimal risk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and track project plans, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate end-to-end artwork management, including version control, approvals, and timely delivery to meet production schedules.
  • Report on and coordinate the packaging transition and associated liabilities to ensure zero financial impact.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, procurement, production, regulatory, quality, and logistics teams by coordinating cross-functional activities to keep deliverables on schedule.
  • Maintain the accuracy and maintenance of critical project data, including timelines, project documents, and the artwork process.
  • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the Product Life Cycle master data setup and updates, manage the change control process, and support delisting activities in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to increase operational efficiency and support best practices in project coordination.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, managing end-to-end timelines, and supporting project management activities.
  • Experience in project coordination or project support in Consumer Packaged Goods or food manufacturing environments is required.
  • A college diploma/bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an acceptable combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating artwork management and packaging development processes is an asset.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and ERP systems is an asset.
