The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services. This includes coordinating and managing logistical operations, such as tracking shipments and making appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and tracking shipment status to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Scheduling and managing appointments for pickups and deliveries.
  • Maintaining accurate records of shipping activities and logistics data.
  • Communicating effectively with drivers, vendors, and warehouse staff.
  • Preparing reports for the logistics department.
  • Performing basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Responding to inquiries from customers and internal teams regarding shipping status and logistics.
  • Participating in team meetings to discuss logistics planning and strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in logistics, administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills are required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with logistics software or tools is an advantage.

Work Details:

  • Full-time position available.
