Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supply Chain Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing logistics strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Your primary focus will be on analyzing and optimizing end-to-end logistics operations, including procurement, inventory control, demand planning, and fulfillment. You will also oversee the integration and management of Amazon and Shopify order management platforms and tools, ensuring seamless transaction flows and high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supply Chain Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize stock levels and costs across all supply chain functions, ensuring efficient delivery of goods to customers.
  • Logistics Coordination: Manage relationships with 3PL providers, carriers, and warehouse partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs, driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Amazon operations or supply chain management, preferably with both leadership and people management experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Suite, as well as experience with Helium10 and Shopify.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
