Job Summary

We seek an accomplished Support Professional to join our organization in logistics and fleet management. This role requires a skilled individual with expertise in customer interaction, data analysis, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Handle inbound and outbound interactions with professionalism, addressing client inquiries and providing support.
  • Data Management: Manage records by updating statuses, tagging appropriately, and sending notifications based on client stage.
  • Project Coordination: Track and nurture projects through the pipeline, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
  • Research: Conduct research on vehicles, fleets, and industry-related information to support client needs and business operations.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide updates on project activity, client interactions, and pipeline progress.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service, sales coordination, or data analysis.
  • Strong knowledge or familiarity with CRM systems (highly preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-centric attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to analyze, present, and implement information clearly.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with online tools, automation, and reporting systems.
