Job Title: HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with employees and management. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating closely with stakeholders and leadership to develop and implement medium to long-term HR solutions aligned with the company's strategy.

You will work in tandem with Tech and Product departments to drive forward-thinking HR initiatives that foster a positive and productive work environment. This includes providing guidance on staffing, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR guidance to stakeholders and leadership, including developing and implementing strategic HR plans.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve organizational issues, promoting a culture of empathy and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with external trends and best practices in HR, applying this knowledge to inform and enhance the company's HR strategies.
  • Lead the implementation of innovative HR solutions, leveraging data and analytics to drive continuous improvement and measure effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven HR solutions that positively impact business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A natural problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset, able to synthesize complex information to drive informed decision-making.
