Product Development Coordinator

The role of a Product Development Coordinator involves supporting the Head of Product Management in overseeing the entire product development process.

  • Coordinate activities of all functions during the product development process, identifying and removing obstacles that hinder team progress.
  • Act as coordinator and scribe of regular product development group meetings and other ad-hoc meetings, ensuring efficient and collaborative discussions.
  • Produce reports to track progress and status of all products under development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the launch and marketing of new product solutions by conducting extensive market research.
  • Develop marketing strategies and promotional activities for new product launches and develop other product-related initiatives and campaigns.
  • Create product collaterals and write engaging product advertorials.
  • Participate in the user acceptance testing of proposal systems and monitor digital media platforms for content, look, and design.
  • Contribute to management reports, competitor analysis, and monthly industry updates by gathering competitor information and market news/trends.
  • Prepare Fund Performance Reports used by clients and advisors.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of prior working experience, preferably with a balance in product management, product marketing, and research.
  • Demonstrated communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills with ability to influence.
  • Strong project coordination skills, consulting skills, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • A great team player at all levels of the organization.
