Product Development Specialist

A leading provider of home inspector training and certification is seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Software Developer to join their team. This role involves taking a working prototype to a stable, scalable product within tight timelines.
Job Description:
- Build, debug, and polish features across the existing React front end and back end.
- Implement and refine role-based dashboards: inspector, client/homebuyer portal, contractor dashboard, and lead-generation dashboard.
- Stabilize and resolve API hooks and third-party integrations; improve UI/UX responsiveness and reliability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years building production web applications with React (front end) and Node.js (back end).
- Hands-on integration of AI/ML into applications (computer vision and NLP), including model serving and evaluation.
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs/webhooks and third-party service integrations.
- Practical DevOps and QA skills: Git/GitHub, CI/CD, automated testing, and release management.
- Excellent English communication and ability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm Mountain Time (40 hours/week).
