Customer Service Representative Job Description">

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to fill a Full-Time position in our organization.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the strategic operations of our company.

This role involves providing top-of-the-line service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and chats. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, resolving issues on the first interaction, delivering quality results, and gathering necessary information for clinical review.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound phone calls and provide exemplary customer service with every interaction
  • Provide resolution on the first interaction with the caller
  • Deliver quality results with every interaction in a timely manner
  • Collect and gather all necessary information for clinical review
  • Cross-train with other communication platforms (outbound calls, chats, emails) as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, able to take unstructured information and structure it
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across remote teams
  • Kind, patient, and caring attitude, even in stressful situations
  • Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to understand problems and work towards solutions
  • Ability to navigate and use multiple systems to compile needed information in a timely manner
  • Skilled in problem-solving and delivering quality results
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet established performance targets for quality and volume completed hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly
