Job Description

As a Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of multi-channel campaigns that drive real business results. This is a highly collaborative role, perfect for a well-rounded marketer who's excited to both strategize and execute.

Key responsibilities include planning and executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, SEO, paid ads, webinars, and events; managing day-to-day marketing operations and coordinating tasks across internal teams, freelancers, and vendors; building, testing, and optimizing campaigns to drive qualified leads and support sales goals; creating and maintaining marketing collateral, social content, email copy, and creative briefs; tracking and reporting on campaign performance, sharing actionable insights, and recommending improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with agency or B2B exposure
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and Apollo
  • Experience managing or supporting campaigns across multiple channels (email, social, ads, SEO, events, etc.)
  • Strong content and copywriting skills with attention to voice, tone, and accuracy
  • Hands-on experience with webinars, landing pages, and basic CRM management
  • Solid understanding of analytics and performance reporting
  • High proficiency in project management and organization, with the ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
