This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy tailored to multiple hotel properties. You will design and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and traditional channels to increase brand awareness and bookings.

You will oversee the company's online presence, ensuring the site supports direct booking growth, and collaborate with leadership to prepare estimated budgets and cost proposals for strategy implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum 3 years' experience in marketing within the hospitality or hotel industry.">
  • A proven track record in both strategic planning and hands-on execution.">
  • Strong knowledge of hotel booking platforms, digital marketing, and brand positioning.">
  • Experience in sales or business development in the hospitality sector is highly advantageous.">
  • Website design and content management experience (WordPress or similar preferred).">
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions with minimal supervision.">
  • Strong budget management and KPI reporting skills.">
