We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to drive the marketing strategy for our projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing remote teams, developing comprehensive marketing strategies, and optimizing ROI in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan for user acquisition and retention across all key channels.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns, affiliate programs, content marketing, and CRM initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Lead and coordinate a remote marketing team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) across all marketing channels, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and analytics, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Manage resources efficiently and allocate them optimally to achieve business objectives.
  • Presents actionable insights to leadership, informing data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing management within the crypto or iGaming industry.
  • Proven leadership and remote team management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, including Google Analytics and CRM systems.
  • Understanding of customer acquisition funnels, retention strategies, and ROI optimization principles.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and decision-making skills.
  • Fluent English language skills; additional languages are a plus.
