We are looking for a skilled professional to fill an important role in our organization.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for calendar management, meeting coordination, and task tracking using Microsoft Planner. They will also be responsible for scheduling weekly team meetings and managing follow-ups. Additionally, they will be involved in travel planning, research, communication, and appointment setting.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience with calendar management and meeting coordination is essential.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Planner task tracking is required.
  • Proficiency with Shopify admin and Printful dashboard is necessary.
  • Detail-oriented individuals with strong organization and problem-solving skills are ideal.
  • Experience in Scheduling weekly team meetings and managing follow-ups is crucial.
  • Knowledgeable individuals with Travel planning (business and personal) skills are preferred.
  • Research, communication, and appointment setting skills are essential.
  • Excellent written English and communication skills are necessary.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience using Canva or similar for simple visual updates is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics or performance reporting is desirable.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Planner for task management is beneficial.
