Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the deployment of medium to large scale global projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and within budget.

  • This role involves building, managing, and maintaining project documentation, as well as collaborating with internal teams, senior executive partners, and external clients and vendors.
  • The successful candidate will communicate program requirements and status to clients, internal team members, and other stakeholders, supporting the deployment, promotion, and achievement of departmental and corporate strategy, business goals, and objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing project plans, establishing deadlines, and assigning functional responsibilities;
  2. Identifying risks and mitigating them when necessary;
  3. Providing project status updates and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders;
  4. Maintaining accurate project records and metrics.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience;
  • 2+ years' experience in a project management role leading the deployment of medium to large scale global projects;
  • Experience with project management software, word processing, spreadsheets, and flowcharting applications (MS Project, Asana, MS Office, Excel, and Visio).
