Project Leadership Role

Join a dynamic team as a Senior Project Manager to oversee projects from conception to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external resources to drive project success.

  • Develop and maintain effective project records, identifying risks and developing mitigation plans to ensure smooth execution.
  • Communicate clearly with various levels of management and audiences to articulate project requirements and status.
  • Support the deployment and promotion of departmental and corporate strategies, goals, and objectives by leading innovative projects and enhancements.

Requirements
  • BA/BS or equivalent relevant experience
  • 2+ years' experience in project management, leading medium to large scale global projects
  • PMP certification and/or equivalent relevant project management experience
  • Operational/workforce management experience within the BPO/call center industry required
  • Ability to provide strategic guidance and lead project teams
  • Expertise in formal presentation and proficiency in project management software, spreadsheet applications, and flowcharting tools
  • Flexibility to work US hours
