**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Support Specialist to join our team. As a Billing Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers by efficiently resolving billing inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer billing inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex billing issues
  • Analyze and troubleshoot billing errors to ensure accurate payment processing
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes to ensure compliance

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in billing or customer service
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
