Academic Success Coordinator

This role plays a vital part in supporting students' academic growth by coordinating with instructors, tracking student progress, and providing top-notch customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating instructors to guarantee seamless program delivery
  • Monitoring student progress to meet operational excellence standards
  • Offering virtual administrative support to enhance Regional Operations
  • Managing class schedules to optimize session staffing and efficiency
  • Overseeing all students' academic progress and identifying areas for improvement
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH STUDENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES TO PROMOTE POSITIVE INTERACTION

The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills, as well as the ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Proficiency in using all communication media, including in-person, phone, and video, is essential. The candidate should be able to adapt to changes in the work environment by adjusting their behavior as required and acquiring new skills when needed.

A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory, along with 2-3 years of progressive career growth and experience working in a virtual operations and team environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications is necessary.

This is a fully remote position that offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work independently.
