Job Description

This is a remote position that requires excellent English communication and writing skills. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in launching new projects, coordinating tutors, planning program efficacy, streamlining stakeholder communication, and more.

  • The job holder will support regional operations by providing outstanding academic services to students and their families.
  • They will operate efficiently in a virtual environment, maintaining operating standards including people, financial, and academic standards.
  • Deliver programs and initiatives for students and school district partners.
  • Meet operational excellence standards.
  • Provide virtual administrative support, including answering phones, managing data, and creating schedules.
  • Manage class schedules to staff sessions effectively and meet efficiency targets.
  • Monitor students' academic progress.
  • Ensure flawless program execution.
  • Manage time in compliance with company requirements.
  • Conduct conferences with partner directors to review progress, adjust plans, and renew enrollments.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong organizational skills are required to manage multiple responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Able to create SOPs with excellence.
  • Strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to prioritize objectives that may change from month to month.
  • Effective communication in virtual environments.
  • Proficient in using all communication media.
  • Ability to build engagement and trust in virtual relationships.
  • Works well with others.
  • Learning agility to adapt to changes.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Progressive career growth with 2-3 years experience.
  • Experience working in virtual operations and team environments.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
