TalentPop is seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our recruitment process, you will be responsible for identifying top candidates, streamlining recruitment processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for both applicants and our team.
This role involves screening resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews via Hireflix, managing candidate communication and email correspondence, and keeping recruitment records updated in HubSpot and Google Sheets. You will also coordinate with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs and contribute to SOPs, training resources, and team communication in Slack.
Required Skills and Qualifications- At least 1 year of recruitment experience
- 1–2 years of BPO customer service experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with E-commerce or a strong interest to learn
- Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable
