Customer Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support unit, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with clients to deliver optimal outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues (SQL, Linux, networking, VPNs).
  • Collaborate with clients to achieve the best results.
  • Provide after-hours/holiday support when necessary.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 4+ years' experience in SQL, production environments, and client support.
  • Linux OS support and network administration expertise.
  • Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Cloud systems, Java/JSP/jQuery knowledge, or Salesforce admin experience.
  • Utility industry or Smart Grid exposure.
  • ITIL/ITSM background.
